Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT
Upon confirmation of payment, products will be processed and delivered to you.

When the payment transaction is successful, we will email you an Order Confirmation and Shipping Details, which includes your Tracking Number. Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notified though email.

SHIPPING COST
Everything we sell is delivered to you free, anywhere in Malaysia. A few exceptions do exist, and this is detailed in each product description.

DELIVERY TIME
Some of our products can be delivered next day; others can take up to 8 weeks. Please refer to product details for estimated delivery time*. If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the products to come into stock or we will give you a full refund. Leisureplex Enterprise cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances.

*Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to take part. Delivery Time that has been stated on the product details page are based on the shipment date.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to cancel the order within 48 hours from the day after your goods have been received.

You must inform us by email to Leisureplex Enterprise at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and the cancellation notice must include your name, a description of the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled order. Returned goods must be in their original packaging.

For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (including insurance) of having the item returned to the Company. The Customer's payment will be refunded within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the Company in relation to the return of the goods, as well as transport and insurance costs incurred in the original delivery, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale. Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.


DAMAGE ITEMS
We are committed to ensure the goods are in good condition prior to dispatch. Please check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of ordered item is incorrect. Leisureplex Enterprise does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.

If you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue you a Damaged Confirmation email. We will deliver a new set of product (subject to stock availability) or exchange with other purchases on the Site with same or lower value.

*Any defects not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
